I purchased 2 smartshades and the bridge so it would work with my Alexa. The problem is it never works with Alexa or with the Ryse app. The app is garbage and frequently breaks connection with the shades and I'm unable to control them remotely without getting up and pressing a button which, defeats the purpose of why I bought this product. For the money I would have expected this to work way better than it does. In my opinion its not worth the heafty price tag. The SmartShades are nice if you

100% AVOID. They crack, crunch, gets get worn out, loud, snap your chain, lose their position, constant adjustments. Not worth it. Nearly all the units had issues. I returned all 5 but they are claiming I sent them a box of women’s clothes and blankets. They won’t give me my money back. Great idea, poor execution
