You do not have an accessible support team — no direct phone number and no one available to assist in real time while going through the setup process. That is a significant issue.
What you provide is a box and an app with a large amount of information, much of which feels contradictory. For someone who has never used the product before, the setup process is overly complicated and not intuitive.
Given the price point, the lack of proper support and the complexity of the setup simply do not justif
