The unit was received damaged and the customer service has been extremely poor. I would love to use the sauna but the customer service area said it’s going to be multiple weeks until I get the repair part. It’s very ironic that I was able to get a brand new sauna after paying $10,000 in seven days but I can’t get a replacement part for a month after you have the monies. I apologize for leaving a poor review but the customer service is extremely poor.
