Product was back ordered but I did not see this and then even after it was in stock, still took another 7 or 8 days before it shipped. It should not take that long to ship. I felt like I was hounding for my product to be shipped and I am not sure that I feel that it would have shipped if I did not hound customer service. So much so that I decided to go somewhere else to buy my other Halotherapy. Just did not feel there was good communication for an order on 10/6 and I did not get until end of Oct. the website should also say if something is out of stock or backordered.
