I started taking the Black Girl Vitamins (Energy bundle—B12, Vitamin D and Iron) on January 3, 2026 and just had bloodwork done on April 30, 2026. My numbers increased a lot for my B 12 (went from 385 to 912 pg/mL) and Vitamin D (went from 30.9 to 35.3 ng/mL) since using the supplements. But for some reason, my iron dropped from a range of 73 ug/dL on 12/29/25 to 42 ug/dL (low) on 4/30/26 since taking the black girl iron vitamins.
