I ordered in April 25 and received them 13 months later, with no contact or explanation or replies to multiple queries. The experience was appalling. I have only given it 1 star because the units did eventually arrive.

What happened? Your app is blank and your device can't connect.

No support, only option is a form and no one has reached out in a week

Horrible support and the product doesn't work well

6 months to get my order.

Messaged the creator on Facebook too and he never responded about the issue.

So awful. Took forever to ship maybe arrived 7 months after I placed the order, support stopped responding after my first email.

Mobile app won't work on my phone. Msg says it was compiled with an older version of Android.

Scam, more than 6 months and never recieved the product, didn’t even get a response from the hundreds of attempts of contacting the company. Stay away from this company they are cheaters

I would like to Add Brazilians Stock. Nothing works. Its a excelent device but You couldn't say that there is Global Markets in your product. I hope that Tickmeter add the brazilian market.

I wish it had a frig magnet

It takes a long time to receive these units in the USA and getting current status is very difficult.

We can't use our product in our area. The app is required to setup, but it says it not available in our area.

No response. Shoddy product. Glad I only bought one to see how it is. Was planning on buying a pile of them if it was any good. Avoid.

Shopping experience? What shopping experience. I point, click, take-my-money, and then just wait for it to show up.

Setup is quick and easy, and I love that they are stackable. One power cord powers all three. You just have to plug in the bottom one. Oops. I had it in the top one and found out after a couple of days that the power goes up, not down. My bad. I need two more :)

Nothing nice to say. EVERY part of my experience has been terrible. I’ve gotten better customer service from CHINESE sold items.
