It takes a very LONG time from when you place an order to when you actually receive the product. I ordered on August 23, 2025, and the product was not delivered until October 7, 2025. The product website states the product will ship in 2-3 weeks. I tried emailing customer support after 3 weeks had passed to check on my order and when it would be shipped, and got no reply.
