Love the subscription i never have to worry about running out! Fantastic customer service

I’ve been using the Trybella hair growth serum for almost 2 months now. The serum is lightweight, easy to apply, and doesn’t leave my scalp feeling oily or sticky. I haven’t noticed a significant difference in hair growth yet, but I understand that hair growth results can take time and may vary from person to person. I’ll continue using it and hope to see improvements with longer-term use. Besides, a bit confusion while placing the order as it asked you to order other products when you chose to buy a product and not sure when will the placing order to be completed.

I LOVE the customer support and personalized attention. Great company. I didn’t get the impression at very first that they were very marketing driven, but they are: great discount % off - get a free •••when the discount is the actual price & lots if emails like that l. I’m a subscriber, so I’ll come to you for any wanted extras, and if a promo is offered, I’ll get it. I don’t know yet my experience overall with product. Would like refund

Both products (spray & conditioner) I bought have lovely floral scents. Not overpowering, not perfume-y, but actually smell like the real flowers. Unfortunately, the spray leaves my hair looking dull and feeling like it needs to be washed. The conditioner worked pretty well, though not anything different than other conditioners I’ve used over the years. Sadly, I haven’t seen any noticeable change in my hair after using the products for a month or so. Shipping also took a really long time.

Offering a coupon after denying additional purchase does not bode well for initial purchase
