Would like refund

Both products (spray & conditioner) I bought have lovely floral scents. Not overpowering, not perfume-y, but actually smell like the real flowers. Unfortunately, the spray leaves my hair looking dull and feeling like it needs to be washed. The conditioner worked pretty well, though not anything different than other conditioners I’ve used over the years. Sadly, I haven’t seen any noticeable change in my hair after using the products for a month or so. Shipping also took a really long time.

Offering a coupon after denying additional purchase does not bode well for initial purchase

It just doesn't seem to work for me. And I have used it everyday. Morning and nights and haven't had any new hair growth. I am very disappointed. This was my last hope.

tried hormone based products but since I have I limited female hormones due to age and breast cancer, which was what led to hair loss, and they did not seem to work, so giving this a try - ask in another month
