I use the shampoo, conditioner and the spray….the trifecta!! I actually has given me surprising results. My hair loss whether it was from breakage or from thinning has reversed to more normal expectations. It went from a large wad of hair in my drain, to an amount the size of a fifty cent piece or less. I am very optimistic and am thrilled that I no longer have rapidly thinning limp hair.
