You do not live up to your 120 day full money back guarantee! Your advertisement is false and your products made my hair situation are worse and irritated my scalp needing many dermatological appointments to calm it down. Their Customer Service team is absolutely useless. They only correspond with you via email and half of their responses are AI generated. Their product does not work, made a bad situation worse for me and their Customer Service team is a complete joke joke! Save your money.

It irrated my scalp

Initially when I ordered it kept asking me to purchase other items which I was not interested in.But it woukd not allow me to complete my order unless I bought the other items.i ended up asking for a refund for the extra items I didnot need.

No need buying again. Did nothing the first time.

The shopping experience was easy, except I really HATE when you offer a product and after the original purchase there are several add ons that pop up selling additional products that the first purchase will only work if I use these, too. Why not the whole story at once? Also, the packaging needs a big improvement- reading white letters on a light pink background is almost impossible without a magnifying glass or bright daylight.

When I ordered the spray online, you really gave me the “hard sell”: “Wait, your order’s not complete without the special shampoo,” so I add the special shampoo and try to check out, but then it’s, “Wait, your order’s not complete without the special conditioner!” So I add that to my cart and try to check out, but then there’s “Wait, your order’s not complete!” without one more thing. At that point I had already committed to spend three times the amount I had intended, so I bypassed it.
