When I ordered the spray online, you really gave me the “hard sell”: “Wait, your order’s not complete without the special shampoo,” so I add the special shampoo and try to check out, but then it’s, “Wait, your order’s not complete without the special conditioner!” So I add that to my cart and try to check out, but then there’s “Wait, your order’s not complete!” without one more thing. At that point I had already committed to spend three times the amount I had intended, so I bypassed it.

Not sure product or advertising is reliable.

I was pushed into buying way more than I wanted. I have had the products for nearly 2 months and there is ZERO difference. I want a refund!!!

I asked for 1 shipment and you were going to ship another. I made it very clear that I did NOT WANT AUTO SHIP MENTS. NOW I KEEP GETTING TEXTS. PLEASE STOP. IF I EVER CHANGE MY MIND. I WILL CONTACT YOU. TY.

Ordering was a pain in the neck. Constant you can’t move on until this video is over almost made me cancel the order from the first minute. I was just hopeful the product would work…. It it didn’t.

Almost a month since asking about a trade, your communication system is really off, today I received 4 computer responses exactly the same.

The product doesn’t seem to be working.

When I told you about my experience and my hair falling out and that I would like a refund you told me to complete the package for 120 days and that there might be more hair fall out. And like I said in my review I can't afford more hair fall out and then wait for more to come in. So this was really not very helpful and I would still like a refund.

I am pretty happy with the shampoo but not the hair spray o was very disappointed

No noticeable improvement at all. If anything, my hair is worse.

Lots of advertising, little results.

So far no results

Easy to order. Spray seems to aid in hair loss being less than before I started using Spray. Also using the shampoo. It is nice. Nothing miraculous yet. Time will tell. Used Spray about 4 months but shampoo only 3 weeks.

There is nothing more to say. Ads should be more transparent. You surely took my money rapidly.

They were really easy to work with shopping was easy and the delivery came quickly. I haven't noticed a huge result yet and was hoping for more time before giving a review. So my rating is pretty much based on service at this time.

I don't mind shopping but I do mind being hounded after the fact.

It’s getting too expensive to purchase. The shipping is almost as much as the product itself if not more. It’s getting to a point where pretty soon I won’t be able to purchase.

This product just didn’t work for me.
