I don’t appreciate companies who have poor communication. The clothes are nice and priced well but the refunds/exchange process is absolutely horrible. I understand and respect they don’t do refunds and followed the protocols for an exchange. I did not receive an email back! Waste of money and I don’t feel valued as a customer so I won’t be purchasing from here again.
