I ordered the lexi lace set in large on February 14, 2025 and received a tracking number on the 15th. However the package has not yet been shipped to the carrier and it is now the 28th. I’ve sent numerous of emails trying to get updates on my order but of course I didn’t get a response and that is very very unprofessional and sketchy. I would like a refund expeditiously considering the item is still in your facility. Order #16122
