Overall, I had a great experience with n+ Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Team Bikes. The products are premium, the quality is excellent, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Shipping took longer than I anticipated, so be prepared to wait a bit, but in the end it was definitely worth it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bike is very well balanced. Very heavy with two batteries though and rear bottom supports going to rear tire stick out very wide and tend to hit heal of shoe.

Achat facile, rapide. Les délais de livraison sont par contre assez approximatifs et difficile d'avoir des réponses du SAV. Faut relancer.

Ich bin mit dem Fahrrad absolut zufrieden. Die Qualität ist hervorragend, das Fahrgefühl sehr angenehm und auch die Technik überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Verarbeitung und Fahrkomfort gelegt wurde. Das Fahrrad fährt sich zuverlässig, stabil und macht einfach Spaß. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und kann es mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

I appreciate their response to my question as to when I would receive my second bike.

You pay for the bikes upfront but receive your bike 3-4 months after. The delay is horrendous, the team keeps you informed with unreliable timeline. If you have all the time to keep waiting, this could be the bike for you.

I’ve bee waiting for my Order for almost 5 months. Every time I inquire about my order I’m told it would be shipped out shortly.

I'm sure I drove Sonia crazy because I was unsure if I wanted the city edition or the track addition. She was kind, patient and informative.

The worst shopping experience I don’t wanna hear nothing about this company worse company He passed already two months and I don’t have my product and nobody give give me an explanation zero star

STOP LIEING TO PEOPLE. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS ORDERED FOR ABOUT NINE MONTHS. A CHILD IS BORN DURING THIS TIME. YOU ALWAYS LIE ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE. YOU PAY 5000 EUROS FOR A BIKE AND YOU CANNOT RIDE IT FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS DUE TO RAIN AND SNOW. I WILL TELL ANYONE NOT TO BUY ANY BIKE BECAUSE YOU LAUGH AT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND LIE TO THEM.

Terrible experience — stay far away. After 4 months, I’m still waiting for my helmets. This is not a serious company. At first, you think you’re getting a great deal, but the reality is that the quality is very poor. After only 200 miles, the bike started losing stability. Please don’t buy from them. They are very responsive when you’re about to purchase, but once you need help or support, they completely disappear.

Poor customer service. No delivery date for the bikes.

Still haven’t received my RallyE bike or any responses to my emails asking why

After several months waiting for my order I came incomplete.

Very slow. Non responsive and not effective

Waiting time was long but it didn't bother me at all.

I never received a tracking number for the various parts

the delivery times for the e bike and helmet were respected.

I bought a bike on December 18, 2025, for £6,500, and so far, I've only received apologies and promises that I'll receive it by the end of April or early May. Pathetic. They guaranteed 3 to 4 weeks, up to 90 days, but it turns out it'll be more than 120 days. Zero responsibility. Disappointed.

Delivery took almost 6 months which seems a little absurd!

Overall I am disappointed. The bike is fine, my disappointment is regarding the lack of support and a maintenance manual. I can find no information anywhere about how to maintain the bike, or even a schedule of maintenance. I did not do my due diligence prior to the purchase as I made n assumption that any product with the name Mercedes attached would be high quality with high quality support.

It reached me four months after I placed my order; during this entire period, I could not find anyone to contact.

No communication on shipping even after asking for details via email

Very late delivery. Bike not working. Still no helmet delivered.

Good customer service, quick and helpful answers to my questions.

Takes to long to arrive, considering the price you pay for the bike.

Es fehlen immer noch schon lange bestellte Dinge. Ich hoffe, dass diese jetzt endlich versendet werden.

I like the bike I think that it’s really nice. I didn’t like the fact that the accessories did not come with the bike right away. I am still waiting for the helmet and defenders and I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a kickstand.
