The bike itself seems fine but first I get the helmet a month after ordering, then I get the bike a month later, and after three months I am still waiting for fenders and water bottle. Also, there doesn't seem to be a kickstand available. SO the ordering and delivery system is a mess.

Ordered from the Mercedes official website the new Mercedes e-bikes, with a promise to deliver within a maximum of 90 days. Now it's more than 180 days. This is very unprofessional. My order # is MB10269. Poor customer support, no replies —thieves. Worst experience I have ever seen. I do not recommend ordering from the website. Not dealing with them! Try other E-bikes. I heard they really take care of their customers.
