The service received was excellent, the staff was very responsible and the customer service was exceptional. One recommendation I could give you is that when I picked up the chair it could be a little later, although I understand that it is difficult, or that some agreement could be made with the hotels to make it feasible on the day of delivery to be able to pick it up later or that it is possible to leave it somewhere in the hotel to pick it up so that you can come and pick it up when the clients' flights are early in the morning. Otherwise, the service was exceptional.
