Negatives: 1- Marketed as a variable-RPM grinder, but performance at low RPM is poor due to insufficient motor torque. 2- At lower RPMs, beans tend to fracture irregularly rather than being cleanly sheared, resulting in inconsistent grind size. 3- The 64 mm flat burrs are noticeably lower in quality compared to SSB burrs used in comparable T64 grinders available in Europe and the UK. 4- Lacks any anti-static features, which leads to significant coffee dust, mess, and static cling during grinding
