Products looks great. It took 3 weeks to recieve which was longer than I anticipated since the website said it would be shipped the next day. It was supposed to be a gift which I am now having to ship at an additional cost since it wasn't here in time to give to the recipient in person. I contacted the company and recieved a timely response, but it still took 2 weeks to receive. I guess I have been spoiled and become accustomed to quick Amazon deliveries.

I ordered one set that was offered on the website. I received a totally different set. You could have emailed me stating my original order was no longer available and asked me for my second choice. And the packaging did not correctly reflect the item inside. I had to contact you and make you aware of the problem and then take my time to send the wrong item back. Could have been avoided by a simple email stating my order was out of stock and to make another selection.
