chapie is good but i dislike it goes again righty righty lefty loosely. And what I really dislike is when it’s locked, the arrow isn’t aligned with the lock symbol. I was confused and thought it was broken T first. it should be designed in a way that when it’s closed it’s pointing to the lock, if you have the lock symbol

Terrible customer service, no responses and terrible product, it does not work. Outside Temp was only 78 degrees, not like it was in the 100's or I might have a different opinion. after opening the tube and lip balm, it was melted, and liquid ran everywhere.

While customer service was responsive, my "ships today" order, which I understood and was told via the website meant within 24 hours, took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive, was only partial fulfillment of my order.
