Shipping took entirely too long. Almost a full month after the initial order date, I received my glasses. The craftsmanship is beautiful, but these glasses were supposed to be a Christmas present, and they didn't arrive until early January.

This company is built on misrepresentation. They advertise “handmade Japanese” products, but what arrives is clearly mass-produced and shipped from a warehouse in China. My order took nearly three months to arrive, missing the promised wooden box and whiskey stones. If a business cannot deliver what it advertises in a reasonable time, it should not be operating at all. This feels like a complete scam dressed up as premium branding. Avoid.
