My order arrived far past the delivery time promised. When I tried to cancel, I received the runaround from customer service. The ongoing reply was "Just waiting until arrives, we are sure you'll love it". As this was a birthday present, time was of the essence and I ended up having to buy another present. I implored the company again to cancel the order but they sent an email that they would provide a pre paid label so the return would be simple. They lied and offered a measly 20% return.
