Straightforward experience. My only comment on how the shrimp were packaged is that they were unable to use the green netting included as it floated to the top and did not provide any significant shelter for them. This time had been my worst experience ever. Questioning me over me reaching out over a missing order item “live fish” making sure it’s not sitting at a warehouse separated from the other fish box because I care. Instead I faced with days of emails questioning me knowledge in a dead on arrival policy???? The “we”ll resend your missing fish” after I ask if I need to dispute the charges was the top of the customer service level though.
