I got fire red cherry shrimp and amano shrimp and chose next day shipping. Due to the UPS airplane crash, my delivery took two days to deliver. Not only were my cherry shrimp and Amano shrimp alive, but they put a few extra just in case, so I got extra of both types. Nearly double my amano shrimp order!!!
Better yet, when I intially reached out when it was clear they weren't going to arrive "next day," they were super nice and gave me a refund for the next day charge!

The package was handed to me by a smiling delivery driver. He seemed to know what a special package he was bringing to me. Double bagged and surrounded by sawdust, I started warming the bag ASAP with half cup of my tank water every ten minutes for an hour. Then the bag floated in the tank with a small hole cut in one end. They came out slowly but immediately dispersed all over the tank. The package was cool to touch on arrival. I was happy to see their rapid movement in warmer water.
