Easy to order and love my crab

Shipment took a bit to be shipped out. But all arrived alive and healthy. Not the brilliant color shown in the photos. But alive and well.

Excellent communication and shrimp.

No support, no clear way to ask for a refund I feel I was absolutely scammed out of nearly $40

Shrimp mostly died with the exception of 5-6

Fish was dead upon arrival

I purchased 2 orders so far. Experience is good in general. Just a bit delay.

There was no instructions for substitute of food or how to keep the environment of the aquarium. The food came very late an all my shrimps die

You guys rock! But my latest order was unsatisfactory

I ordered shrimp, shrimp, food, and multiple plants. A couple of the shrimp were dead when they arrived and I’ve never received the shrimp food or the plants.

Absolutely horrible communication, missing items from order that's still not resolved over one month later. First box of shrimp was not delivered, second box came leaking with dead shrimp cut in half. I have not received the food that I ordered after multiple communications. Some email responses (not all) were a little rude and I could tell that there were multiple people responding to the same email but with no consistency in knowledge of what was wrong with my order. I will never order again.

Fast shipping, shrimp were packaged safely.

My shrimp are happy. I wanted to put in different tanks . I had tanks running to separate, but couldn’t. Some were so tiny , it would have been hard to do. In the end I still am happy with them and love watching them , except for my lil snowball crab. I’ve always been happy with my purchases and I know the box condition was not your fault. It was carrier. I will try another crab another order. Thank you

I had to wait a extra 3 weeks for my shrimp to arrive when should have been 1-2 days as stated on website. They said because of shipping delays with shop. Communication is terrible only way to contact is email as they refuse to answer the telephone except with a pre-recorded message with shipping excuses. I had 3 separate orders placed a week apart and it was the same deal all shipping delays and my third order never showed up and had to get a refund. One order had shrimp d.o.a. and excuses for

Healthy shrimp. No losses after a couple of weeks. Also received more shrimp than I ordered. I think it was a great value as well. It took a bit longer to ship than I expected, but I'd recommend and if I was ordering shrimp again I would 100% order from here.
