Could not have been happier

I had order two times both tine I got charged a fee by the post office due to it not being the right weight.

They were very healthy

Generally speaking though You seem like a good company

Info regarding delivery is not clear and is misleading.

I got a bag full of completely colorless babies that are so small I can’t even find them in the tank.

Excellent communication all the way to delivery of the new shrimp. Can’t wait to place my next order.

I still haven’t received my plants

The shrimp arrived immediately and in good health. Exactly on the two days as mentioned. They were going into a fresh tank so didn’t have a lot of food which is why I ordered a lot of other supplies. Supplies arrived 5 to 7 days after order not the two. Shrimp died in the wait. I ended up purchasing plants from another vendor as well as shrimp food to try to save them spending an additional $50. I’ve reached out to shrimp up aquatics on average 2 to 3 times a week with no response.

It's been good never lost a shrimp and I have ordered twice so 30 shrimp total although I lost a few withing a couple days due to well just new tank I haven't lost a amount thats alarming or could indicate that the supplier was at fault

I ordered 5 jade green shrimp and got zero and ordered 5 red rili and got 3. The skittles variety pack didn’t have much variety.

The shrimp and prices were nice, but i dont wanna have to submit a new order of shrimp to have the original amount I paid for.

Actually ordering them and getting them went well, but they all died.

Customer service was quick, but overall probably won't order again. I ordered guppies and they kept failing a test so my order was never shipped. But this wasn't communicated to me until I emailed and asked.

Whoever I was emailing at the company about my last order being practically crushed almost flat and the bag leaking should receive more than five stars. This person extremely professional. All companies should have people like him/her.

What I have gotten from my order I loved. The 40 Skittle Shrimp all arrived alive and well. The hang on back filter is perfect for small set ups.Just very disappointed with the lack in communication in where 10 of my red cherry shrimp were.

Took almost 2 weeks from order until arriving, 3 were dead on arrival and the remaining shrimp were dead within 24 hours.

I was told they're going to fix it on the next order but I had to reorder to get it to be fixed your Facebook commercials state that you guys are a fast shipper but it used well the first time it took almost 10 days for it to get shipped and we'll see how long this one takes

It was great. I received my shrimp, a few dead ones, but received more than I ordered, which was good. I think they had babies. I love it. I will be ordering again.

Great experience

We had a few casualties on arrival (pretty sure the delivery guy was less than careful) but customer service was very fast to address, assess and resolve the issue. I got a few different colors for my nano tank and they for in perfect with the cherry shrimp I already had. They make want more aquariums. Thank you for excellent customer service and selection.
