Easy to order, came quickly, exactly what I expected

Loved got more than ordered but I wish I atleast got one of the ones I did order but didn't get the black and white one that was more expensive.

The website is easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The shrimp arrived exactly as promised.

I don't think I'll be ordering from your company again based on the packaging and the experience I've had with your company. Unfortunately, I was really looking forward to getting my new shrimp. I think your website looks amazing. I think the animals you have on your website look amazing. I think your prices look amazing and are amazing, but your packaging was not okay, I have had live plants packaged with more care and consideration than you packaged your shrimp.

I was worried about the shrimp because we had a heat wave, but the order came quickly and the shrimp were packed well, protected from the heat

They never arrived. I have emailed several times. Called - voicemail is from memorial day. Voicemail full. Ive sent fb message. I have contacted paypal as well

The s hopping was good. The shrimp were alive but only 2 survived when I put them in the aquarium. The white ones died immediately.

Shipped right away and packaged beautifully for the shrimp. So thoughtful that they only ship Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive on time and avoid weekends when customers might be away.

Shrimp not as colorful as photo and much smaller than expected. Photos are deceptive

I ordered 10 of the skittles. After waiting for 3 weeks I sent an email asking for status. They responded right away. Of the 10 that I ordered 4 were dead, and of the 6 that survived 3 of then were soooo TINY!!

Ordered a few times, will do business again soon.

Bagged two color shrimp together and the yellows look orange.

Ordered Amano shrimp and Skittles. Received only 4 of 5 Amano shrimp and 2 dead skittles. Skittles looked more like culls from a generic tank. Poor coloring, and mostly red ones. No response when I emailed them. Will not order from these guys again. Do not recommend.

Shipping was ok not your fault it took 3 days to get here.
