Communication was non existent. Your website says after order you will be notified what the lead time is depending on if its in stock. This didnt happen. After 1 week I emailed asking status and I got a vague response (likely automated) that said the factory would let me know when they got the order. Then NOTHING...after 1 month I emailed and asked what is going on? Within an hour I got notified that they were being shipped. So obviously the order was lost and I only got it after chasing you
