The Ship(?) App first told me it had been delivered and I knew it hadn't so I panicked. I contacted Weck Method by email and left messages on customer service voice mail because there wasn't a way to speak to a person. Within a day, however, I did receive UPS notifications regarding delivery time-line and, inevitably did receive it prior to Christmas, as was initially expected.
