As you may recall, I was initially very upset with your company because I had ordered this necklace and a few days after i already ordered it, you sent me an email offering me a discount. I was upset because that was a day late and a dollar short. However, when I brought this to your attention, you immediately made it right by allowing me thediscount and sending me a rebate. You exhibited a customer service that is very rare in this day and age, unfortunately but I really appreciated it.
