The experience was okay, took a week to ship, then it sat another week at the UPS depot going back and for to other shipping depos, then it finally arrived later. This is a delicate and beautiful bracelet. I bought it for my 14 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Somehow, I got my old address listed as the delivery address although the billing address was my current address. FedEx showed a picture of it being delivered at the old house, but the people living there said they never saw it. I was shipped a new one at no cost to me even though it was not Arctic Angel’s fault. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you so much. My wife loves the necklace and the box!
