Shopping was fine. My biggest gripe was that the system claims COMES WITH 6 FILTERS! Which sounds great on paper because I thought I would have enough to replace mine once they went bad... only to learn that the 6 is what is REQUIRED for setup. Really leads one to believe they are getting extra, not the bare minimum. Really disappointed there.
