My experience with SOL KYST was frustrating from start to finish. The order was significantly delayed, communication was poor, and I received repeated requests to close a dispute before the issue had been resolved. I was also disappointed to discover that a company presented as Canadian was shipping orders from the United States. Although the order eventually arrived, the lack of transparency and customer-focused service means I would not purchase from this company again.

Customer service emails took a while to get a response but comments and reviews online seem to get much faster replies. It was a bit annoying to have to go that route, and I wish i didn’t have to leave a negative review to get a response. However, the issue did get resolved so I am thankful for that.

When the request is sent for the prescription, be sure to include the need for pupil measurement also. That’s the only delay in processing my order. Otherwise, awesome!
