Customer service after my initial order was lost was good once I got it. Had to wait days for anyone to get back to me after I hit them up in social media and their contact email. Reps were great and communicative. Overall they made what could have been a bad experience better but not great. They definitely have some kinds to work on with their Customer support response times. They did however kindly resend me another order after it was lost. Unfortunately sunglasses case arrived damaged.
