My package was melted when it was delivered. Customer service quickly answered me to say they would replace it. Then after that I never heard back. Never received a tracking number for the replacement. I have followed back up with customer service and never got a response. What seemed like great customer service is now looking to be just a quick answer to try to make me go away.
