Order was lost in the warehouse for over a week. Then after reaching out to customer service I was told two of my items inventory was having issues and would be filled after they were back in stock. Finally received my order 3 weeks after placing the order. Was not informed about a shipping issue until reaching out. When the order arrived I was missing the Black Sesame Dessert Dumplings that were the added Bonus gift. Chalked it up as a loss on the bonus item.
