After waiting over 3 months for my order they sent it out. I had to constantly be in communication with them. Finally got my order and I was missing two fragrances. Black oud rectified it by sending the other two item so originally ordered out and even helped to pay the duty imports so that I would not have to pay it twice. I have been purchasing with them for a few years now and this experience may be my last time purchasing.

The shipping and communication was terrible!! I tried to communicate via multiple platforms and eventually got ignored. I finally reached out to the customer service email again to just give up and I received a response with the requested information. It literally took nearly 2 months for my product to arrive. Things and delays happen, but proper communication could solve these issues. Great product just poor customer service communication. I want to purchase more, but am nervous.
