I have never had a problem with Black Oud London, ordering is straight forward and easy, delivery times are quick - normally 2-3 days, sometimes during sale times / holiday seasons there is a delay, which is expected due to the demand, but still the item always arrives within 7 working days of ordering. Also emailing the staff is simple if you do have any issues, and you get a quick response / resolution.
