flavor packs seem to be really dry. couldn't get much flavor from the different flavors

I think for some people it’s still great but I got the raspberry and it was such a strong unappealing scent straight out of the packaging. Return policy kinda sucks so keep that mind too. For me, it was a no, for other people I still think it’s worth a shot.

This product is horrible, didn’t help one bit, nor do I think this product truly helped anyone at all. This didn’t help me with urges or habits at all, I still felt the cravings strongly. I stopped using the product within days, and ended up preferring just the cold turkey method to quit my addition, worked better anyways!

I love the magnet stand that I have for it. I have two fum’s I have a dark wood and a light wood barrel. As far as the barrels I wish they had more choices like cherry or walnut or even cedar. As far as the flavors most are a knock out the park for two days then grab a new one so maybe a case for the core packs. It could match the barrel or even have a section for the fum in it as well. I have so many ideas but 500 runs out fast love you guys for what you do and who you are.

My kids love this device and I have recommended not other people.

Some flavors aren't very strong but all in all a great experience.

First, initial contact with customer service is great.The issue is when they redirect it to the department.They no longer check when you reply back.And that's where the issue lies
