I am extremely disappointed with FUM and their customer service. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times but was met with resistance and difficulty from their representatives. On top of that, they did not disclose that they are located in Canada, resulting in it taking weeks for my order to arrive.
I urge everyone to steer clear of FUM and their products. It is a complete scam and a waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs. 0 stars, would not recommend.
