Shipping took a long time but I live on an island, and on a military base - I don't think that's FUMs fault. Everything is very expensive though, for flavored air. I do like the product, I just wish someone somewhere would make things for quitting smoking cheaper than continuing.

Wasn’t easy to figure out how to buy without a subscription. It’s just not the best website. It reminds me of some of the websites that have products they aren’t confident about so they push a monthly subscription to ensure they hook the customers into receiving more products without having even tried the product.

1. Misleading Product Descriptions – The product did not taste, feel, or work as advertised.
2. No Return Policy – You have to open the product to try it, but they refuse to accept returns once opened, leaving customers stuck with something they don’t like.
3. Poor Customer Service – Instead of offering a real solution, they just tell you to “get used to it” over time.
4. Overpriced for the Quality – Given the experience, the product does not justify the cost.
5. Lack of Transparency – They don’t make it clear that once you try the product, you’re out of luck if you don’t like it.
