Shipping was rough. Original order didnβt come with everything I ordered had to reach out to customer service. The beard conditioners that come in the can melted during shipping so most of that stuff ended up outside of the can in the plastic wrap, which was disappointing. Between the two between the two cans, I purchased one solidified better than the other, but both smell great.

The product works great. I really enjoy it. But even with the included cooling pack it didn't hold up well and melted.
I'm not sure what the solution is besides shipping the products in trucks with cooled trailers. But that may be costly and difficult to secure.
Maybe using better quality or longer lasting cooling packs and shipping the product overnight. Other than that I have no idea. But I plan on ordering more in the fall and winter months to make sure it survives the trip.
