I am writing to express my disappointment that my repeated requests to cancel were not honored. Despite asking at least three times for shipments and charges to stop, your company continued sending product and charging my debit card.
This created unnecessary financial strain and ultimately forced me to cancel my debit card just to prevent further recurring charges. That should not have been necessary.
