My overall experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines were unclear, and follow-ups went unanswered. What should have been a simple order turned into weeks of waiting with no transparency.
Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience showed a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. I won’t be ordering again and would not recommend based on my experience.
