Have your products available and delivered when promised. I ordered on Sunday, November 20th. i paid approximately $13.82 for 2-day shipping via UPS. On Tuesday, December 2nd, I received an email informing me of a "slight delay in shipping services" and and to please "allow an additional 2-3 business days" for your order to arrive. A week later, on December 11th, I sent an email to your company inquiring about my purchased an received an AI generated response which was totally unacceptable to me. At this point, I'm feeling scammed, so on December 15th, I initiated a payment dispute with my credit card company for my purchase. Then, on Tuesday, December 23rd, a small package arrived. It was my Respected Roots purchase from 3 whole weeks prior. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE is an understatement. I am a Supply Chain, Warehouse and Materials Management, Distribution Center Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service Professional with over 30 years of experience. COMMUNICATION is the key and could have alleviated some of my frustration. Initially, I was excited to try your products. To date, I haven't opened one item. Eventually, I'll use it because I bought it, but that's once the substitute products, I purchased in your product's absence, is gone. Please DO BETTER! I still want to see a minority owned business flourish. Thank you.
