Love Beastrig and respect that it’s a very small company but I do think the return policy should be much more forgiving and if it were that they would see a boost in sales given how curious so many people of all stripes are about dipping a toe into the mobile cinematography world. Not great to have to pay for return shipping and to have the original free shipping charged back from the return. It’s almost $20+ guaranteed automatically deducted from the refund value in a vast world of free returns
