Each time Apple releases a new version of the iPhone Pro Max, I make it a point to upgrade mine as well. To streamline this process and avoid the cost of repurchasing accessories annually, I've opted for the BeastGrp Pro as my primary cage system. Having just received the cage, I'm already impressed by its versatility and finding myself adapting and rethinking my entire setup.

Been a big fan but couldn’t afford it at the time! So happy with the purchase! Well built frame and my XS Max fits like a glove! Shipping time was 5 days to New Zealand so the promise actually paid off! It’s light weight and compact (for a phone cage) and the mechanical buttons look and feel good! Kinda have to press it a bit for it to function. Slowly building a rig so looking for add ons is a bit of a disappointment like the L-mount. It’s the one thing you need if you wanna add a side handle....

If you're serious about using an iPhone for photography and filming, this lens is a must as part of your 'toolbox'. I've tried several devices/cases for holding the iPhone 14 Pro and found BeastGrip cases to be the best out there—well-built and easily expandable with attachments, etc. Don't forget to also order the 58mm filter mount plate if you use filters. My Beastgrip Pro is much easier to handle now! I'm much more comfortable now with my Beastgrip Cage too. The Side Handle with appropriate add-on (for Cage and Pro) makes me feel like I've got a good grip on the rig so I can focus more on what I'm doing and worry less about dropping all the breakable stuff attached. Framing is much easier too.

Love the Grip, the wide angle adapter lens doesn’t work on a iPhone 14 when the phone is on video .5 So you lose the ability to go wider, also the iPhone 14 actually provides a wider image the the actual wide angle adapter, I recommend the Grip handle NOT the wide angle adapter lens.. stick to your iPhone’s widest settings on video mode..!

Using the 1.7x tele lens using protake app grate job... love the lens, (Shooting on new year eve outside, could not see my phone it was bright outside sunlight although i did not lock the exposure it still came out geat. The beast cage grip bundle was actually a super smart purchase for me because all of my clients were impressed in every single time I utilize their bundle with their lens around my clients. I end up getting even more clients because they're so impressed with the gear. The quality of my own content has gone up tenfold because everybody has a iPhone, but it's the increase in quality that really makes me stand out in my content creation.

I often use a CPL filter over the iPhone's camera lenses. This adapter plate for the Beastcage for iPhone 15 Max does the trick with a 58mm filter. I have tested specifically for vignetting and found none, even when using the ultra wide (.5x) camera lens. The plate with a filter attached, installs easily and securely.

After extensive research and comparing multiple options and brands I decided to go for a basic set consisting of: 1. the Beastcam app, the Action Handle, the Beastgrip Anamorphic lens, and the Beastcage for SE. This is the first phone clamp that I've used that gives confidence that it won't fail. I love the fact that the clamp plus handle, when put down on a level surface, elevate the phone. Also, I think that one could use a neck strap with the clamp by screwing D-Rings into two of the three 1/4"-20s on the base of the clamp.
