Straight forward, fair pricing and quick delivery. I also thought your packaging was nice and I’d love to be able to return the products bags and tags so they can be re-used. I would send it all back if there were an option. Maybe give 10% off for returned packaging to customers… Just a thought!

I purchased the 4cm Lighter Combat Collar with Handle & Secure Clip in the purple BalmyBillows pattern on August 6, 2026. It was an international order to the United States. The collar looks as it was shown and described online. The pattern is fun. The only issue I had with the order was that I did not receive it until September 13, 2026. I tried contacting customer service in several ways and it took awhile before someone responded. Once customer service got involved, they rectified the situation quickly, letting me know that my original order had somehow been deleted from their system. They packed and shipped the collar promptly, and sent me an email shipping confirmation. Fortunately, the package did not get hung up in it's international travels. I have only one comment to add, and that is I would be willing to purchase from BullyBillows again.

You offer zero customer service. You are all about marketing and reviews and promoting the brand but you need to engage with the customer during the shopping journey not just the automated follow ups. I like your product but your customer experience and lack of live engagement is beyond frustrating.
