Customer service is excellent. I received a prompt response to my queries.
However, I think the wording in relation to returns should be more detailed. For example, when returning the harness it says "send back your return. Box it and ship it. Print label or show QR code if provided, pack items and bring to courier." However, it is not clear that you will only receive the label or QR code once you have finished completing the returns process. I had to contact the customer care team for advice.
