I've now bought three leads and a harness from BullyBillows and I've been impressed every time. The quality is excellent, with everything feeling strong, durable and built to last. The packaging is also a nice touch, arriving well presented and giving a premium feel from the moment it arrives. The harness fits perfectly, the leads are sturdy and everything has held up brilliantly. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

First order was smooth and stress free. The collar I ordered was far too big even though I measured his neck beforehand so I had to return it. The returns process was simple and easy, however if you don't want site credit and want cash back instead, they charge you £4 which I found annoying and a little unfair.
