I ordered a new board and it took a while to get into the country. I was a bit nervous about spending all that money on something I wouldn't see for many weeks. However, I was very happy with the level of communication I got from FutureMovement, they were always quick to respond to questions. They were also very good about having to ship the board to a rural destination. I was also very pleased that the board was entirely wrapped in thick cardboard and paper, no styrofoam or plastic packaging.
